Thursday, March 31, 2016 - Footage has emerged online showing the moment a passenger asked Seif Eldin Mustafa to join him in a photo in the EgyptAir that Mustafa had hijacked at the time.

However, the clip that was filmed by Dutch passenger, Huub Helthuis, shows everyone very relaxed despite the fact that Mustafa claimed to have a suicide vest strapped to him.

Nobody was hurt in the incident with Mustafa pulling the stunt in order to see his estranged wife and family living in Cyprus and the suicide vest turned out to be fake.

Thursday March 31, 2016 - There was drama in Parliament today during the State of the Nation address by President Uhuru Kenyatta to a joint sitting of both houses in Parliament after CORD MPs booed, shrilled and heckled him as they blew whistles in the chambers to disrupt his speech.

The CORD legislators, from former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s ODM, began heckling the President immediately he began his address prompting him to suspend his speech for a while.

It took the intervention of Speaker of the National Assembly, Justin Muturi, to calm the situation down after he ordered the Sergeant-At-Arms to physically eject the unruly ODM MPs from the chambers, among them Opiyo Wandayi (Ugunja), Millie Odhiambo (Mbita), John Mbadi (Suba) and Senator Moses Kajwang among others.

The Parliament orderlies manhandled Wandayi as they ejected him from the precincts of Parliament for heckling Uhuru and not even Raila Odinga was there to help him.

He walked away in shame and regretted his mistake because he became the biggest casualty of the CORD’s nefarious plot to disrupt Uhuru’s State of the Nation address.

Thursday, 31 March 2016 - Few days ago, Avril’s dad was laid to rest in Nakuru, after he succumbed to a heart attack.

The popular songstress took to social media and paid tribute to her late dad in an emotional message that may make you cry.

“Dad, I’m going to miss you so much but I know you are going to be with me through everything like you always were…I know your spirit will be with us and we will see it in the generations to come. I will instill the lessons, values, hunger for the hustle and principles that you taught me to my babies and their babies. You were to walk me down the aisle, see your grandchildren but your destiny was different. I will not question it but only give thanks for the time I had with you. I will always love you and we will never stop smiling and sharing the love that you taught us to always have for one another. Rest now. I know it’s all better now. Rest now .. RIP.” She wrote.

She also thanked those who stood with her during the trying times through this message;

“Saying thank you is not enough .. I am so grateful to so many people who have genuinely stood by my mother, brother and sister. To my friends that I count as family because of what you did today and have been doing for the past two months. Thank you thank you thank you. May your cups overflow with blessings upon blessings and may your hearts’ desires be fulfilled beyond measure.”

Apparently, Mercy is a Personal Assistant to Justus Tharao, the Head of TV, and they are alleged to be involved in an illicit affair.  She has been secretly warming up the bed of Justus and at times, they exchange fluids in the basement parking.

Sunday April 3, 2016 - The chances of Deputy President William Ruto of becoming President in 2022 have grown even thinner after Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho announced plans to run for President at that time with the support of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s ODM.

Speaking during the burial of Mzee Kibwarata Loroghwa Mnare, the father in-law of Taita Taveta Governor, John Mruttu, Joho revealed that he has already spoken with Raila Odinga and that he had assured him of his support for President in 2022.

“I have already told my Party Leader Raila Odinga that I will campaign for him in 2017 and that he should reciprocate his gesture in 2022 when I will be vying for the top seat,” Joho told mourners.

Joho told the Jubilee leadership to stop telling the Opposition to wait until 2032 to gun for Presidency because he will be President come 2022.

The announcement by Joho spells doom for Ruto considering that he has been gaining popularity recently over his clash with the Jubilee Government.
