Here is why SWAZURI, OBADO and OJAAMONG may lose their seats on Tuesday this week – UHURU is not joking with thieves anymore

Sunday December 2,2018 - The Director of Public Prosecutions, Nordin Haji, has said he hopes that on Tuesday the court will allow State officers who are charged in court be forced out of their offices until their case are heard and determined.

Last month, Haji went to the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Division in the High Court where he requested the court to order the suspension of State officers who have been charged in court.

According to Haji, the move will bring fairness on the way suspects are treated.

“My argument is, people should be suspended and their benefits stopped.”

“Once they go through the process and they are found innocent, they can go back and the Government then pays them the lump sum that is owed to them,” Haji said.

National Land Commission (NLC) boss, Muhammad Swazuri, Migori Governor Okoth Obado and his Busia counterpart, Sospeter Ojaamong, are among State officers who have been charged in court and are still in their offices.

Here is why UHURU loves military and National Intelligence Service men like NOORDIN HAI in his Government – Nobody was aware this.

Sunday December 1, 2018 - President Uhuru Kenyatta seems to be entrusting key positions in Government to former military chiefs or intelligence officers as he shapes his legacy with regard to the war on corruption.

On Friday, Uhuru pulled strings at the Public Service Commission (PSC) and saw the appointment of former military intelligence officer, Twalib Mbarak, as the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) CEO.

Early this year, Uhuru appointed top intelligence officer, Noordin Haji, as the Director of Public Prosecutions.

He was serving as the Deputy Director of Counter Organised Crime at the National Intelligence Service.

In July this year, Uhuru appointed NIS Director of Counter-Terrorism, Alexander Muteshi, as the head of immigration.

The department is critical because it deals with issuance of passports and controls the entry of foreigners into the country.

A State House source who requested anonymity revealed that Uhuru likes military and intelligence officers because they are more disciplined than civilians.

“Military and intelligence guys are very good at following orders from their superiors and that is the reason Uhuru likes them,” said the source.

“Our usual civil servants only know of corruption, making deals, nothing else. They are the scum of the earth together with MPs and Governors,” he added.

WAIGURU says she was innocent in the NYS scandal and did not steal with KABURA! Somebody wanted me out of Government

Sunday December 2, 2018 - Kirinyaga Governor, Miss Anne Waiguru, has maintained that she was not involved in stealing money from the National Youth Service (NYS) in 2016.

Speaking on Friday during the scribes' end of year party, Waiguru said a scheme was hatched to remove her from the Devolution Ministry for fraudulent deals to take place.

She said the NYS is again embroiled in another major scandal of more than Sh8 billion.

"Are you surprised that the NYS is engulfed in another major scandal of Sh8billion? I blew the whistle when I was there. This shows some people did not want me there," Waiguru said.

The Governor said she invited the DCI to unearth the truth, but there was major political interference.

Waiguru said if she was not pushed out, maybe there would never have been another scandal.

The County boss lauded journalists for reporting on graft and called upon the media to uphold the truth.

RAILA ODINGA and GIDEON MOI are behind the anecdote linking RUTO to the maize cartels among KALENJIN leaders – LUHYA MPs

Sunday December 2,2018 - A section of Luhya Community MPs have accused National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, and Baringo Senator, Gideon Moi, of being behind the linking of Deputy President William Ruto to the maize scandal.

Over the last two months, MPs, Joshua Kutuny (Cherangany), Alfred Keter (Nandi Hills) and Silas Tiren (Moiben) have been accusing Ruto as being the lead cartel in the maize sector.

But speaking during the homecoming of Kimilili MP, Didmus Barasa, on Friday, Luhya MPs led by Barasa himself said Moi and Raila are behind the linking of Ruto to the maize scandal.

"This action where three Members of Parliament are going around, accusing Deputy President William Ruto, is coming from Baringo Senator Gideon Moi and ODM leader, Raila Odinga," said Barasa.

Similar sentiments were shared by Kapseret MP, Oscar Sudi, who pointed out that the country needs people of action and not storytellers.

“This country does not need gossipers, proverbs people and too many talks without actions. There are people who talk too much and cannot even buy a short for a child," Sudi said.

Ruto was the chief guest during the function.

MUDAVADI drinks like a fool, he drinks all night till 5 am and to imagine that he wants to inherit UHURU is a joke - RUTO reveals

Sunday December 2, 2018 - Deputy President William Ruto has indirectly castigated Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader, Musalia Mudavadi, for questioning his church donations.

In several instances, Mudavadi has been calling for an audit on politicians who are donating millions of shillings to churches.

“We have people in the country who are donating more funds than Safaricom is giving through its foundation.”

“If he doesn’t have a big company like Safaricom, it is clear that the source of his money is questionable,” Mudavadi said in reference to Ruto.

However, in a quick response on Friday, Ruto told Mudavadi to go to hell and called him a drunkard who drinks all the night like a fool.

“Sasa wewe unalewa kwa bar hadi saa kumi na moja alafu unaamka unatuuliza nyinyimmetoa wapi pesa za kupeana kanisa.”

"You go out drinking until 5 AM and when you wake up, you come and question me where I get my money from," Ruto said when he attended Shabana FC fundraising in Nairobi on Friday.

He explained that the person's lifestyle was based on a gross misinterpretation of the Bible.

"Hawawezi kututisha hawa. Na mjaribu kufanya bidii ndiyo msikuwe mnaongea mambo ya bure(which loosely translates to: They can't threaten us. They should work harder so that they can speak on issues that make sense)" he said.

Sunday, December 2, 2018 - Sand harvesting is a hot debate in Kambaland, something that landed Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu in hot soup after she incited Kitui residents to burn any lorry caught ferrying sand.

Ngilu alleged that non-locals, especially Kikuyus, were invading Ukambani and exploiting their natural resources through sand harvesting, leading to scarcity of water and drought.

These two trucks were burnt to ashes in Mwala on Saturday after they were caught transporting sand.

It’s alleged that the two trucks have been getting police escort when going to harvest sand but today, they were not lucky.

Today marks 15 years since I left US and came back to Kenya, Please read my life in United States and learn reality.

Today marks 15 years since I left United States. Please read my life in United States and learn the reality.

Although I don’t want to generalize, I have heard similar stories from many people around me who went there to live a dream life in the land of the free. Here are the prices of ‘freedom’:

SALARY:

Expectation:

I got a salary of almost 5.5 million Kenya shillings/year (55000 USD). When I first heard this, I was imagining myself living like a king. Even top ranking govt officials in Kenya don’t earn this much most of the times. My parents were proud, my girlfriend was jealous (she was doing comp science too, but a year junior so she needed to wait to earn this much), all my relatives discussed how sticking to long term education finally paid off. I am a car enthusiast, so I decided to make my first car a used but relatively new M-series BMW.

Reality:

Taxes took away 1/4th of earnings. Housing took away 1/3rd of the rest. Parents expected me to send them money, which hit me as a hard reality. They’re retired, and their son is earning millions. Only if they knew what ‘millionaire’ means. Fortunately I was in Pittsburgh, one of the relatively cheaper cities. My friends in east and west coasts, they lived in breads for most of the time and share rooms with undergrad students with their families. Towards the end of every month, I needed to think whether I buy bread and jam/eggs or could I afford some vegetables. I looked for the cheapest cuts of meat in the grocery store, and milk goes beyond their expiry date and still gets used. LIVING IN US WITHOUT A CAR IS TECHNICALLY IMPOSSIBLE, so I decided to buy one, cheapest 8 years old Chevy with 4 previous owners. Car insurance money sucks more money than installments, and parking that elephant is an eye-watering costly affair anywhere. I don’t drink and don’t like to eat outside, I think these are the only reasons I survived without an immediate financial crisis. Forget leisure and travel, every year you only save money to make a yearly trip back to Kenya.

WORK ETHICS:

For those who have gone to multiple countries, I have always heard this thing: US has the worst work culture of all. The employers there consider the workers as slaves, and the idea is wiring them to their hopelessness. This is specially true in the field of academia, where the supply is more than demand. The only reason Africans, Indians and Chinese people get hired is because they are easier to exploit. They cannot take leave (‘You go home once a year and take a month off, what else do you want?’), they work weekends (‘You don’t have family or friends here, why cannot you work on weekends?), they are easy targets to threat (‘‘I have to think before renewing your contract, you don’t seem to work as hard as so and so’’) etc. Americans are subjected less to these kinds of bullying because they can leave the office/lab whenever they want, which immigrants cannot because of their visa reasons. A trip home once a year will invariably incur curt comments and increased pressure from your superiors.
This is the ONLY country in the world (at least the part of world which matters) where females don’t get any maternity leave. You will have to sit home without pay when you need financial assistance the most. Or you need to carry your newborn to workplace to do your job, which I’ve seen many Chinese people are forced to do eventually. My superior (a woman) once made a bad comment on an employee who took two days off after her childbirth (‘Thousands of children are born everyday, it is not special. Haha’).

FINANCES AND INSURANCES:

US is among first world countries, so I am guessing the service you get from anywhere will also be first class. However, the price you pay is also ‘first class’. Car insurance is 200 times of Kenyan car insurance, and don’t cover accidental damages. ‘Home’ insurance is mandatory, even when you live in apartments. Health insurance is 1000 times of any health insurance you can get in Kenya, and still copays and out-of-pockets can just make you lose your mind (I’ve SEEN how simple stomach perforation operation even after insurance costed so much that a person had to sell his home). Most of the people most of the time fight to not get sick.

Any loan, any financing (from a mobile phone to a house) depends on your credit score. The system of credit score in itself requires a book of its own. The statement is: YOU NEED TO SHOW YOUR BANK THAT YOU DON’T NEED A CREDIT (i.e. have good credit score) to get a credit. It’s a system designed to keep poor people poor.

COMMUNITY:

People in States care less about their parents, kids and spouses (the sense of ‘family’ is very different there), so it is unlikely you will ever get into the community. Your skin color gets judged before everything, and you get steely cold eyes for being somewhere you are not expected to be (according to your ethnicity). Once I went to a church (no reason, looked good from outside) and the first question to me was whether I am a thug trying to flee from police. The old person who asked me this said ‘we try to send them away’ after figuring out that I am from Africa. I personally am a little unsocial, and hence my life in States was between my work and my apartment most of the time. My personal life basically reduced to cooking some random and complicated shit to pass time, and then staring at the ceiling for the rest of the night. You hardly make friends, you hardly get invited, and you’re hardly welcome.

GUNS:

December 2002, on a frozen sidewalk I got followed by a person on a bike who kept shouting “GO BACK TO AFRICA” with mild to moderate profanity added to it, and that’s when I first got real scared of getting shot. When you are in US, accept that for any reason or for no reason at all, you can get shot.

Every month, thousands of Americans die from guns (frankly, now I don’t even care, if you live by the sword you die by the sword), and as always, Africans get shot for no apparent reasons (one person was walking down the sidewalk, someone just shot him from a car and left). Once you get there you understand how dire the situation is, you’ll either always be scared, or eventually give up and accept that death by a gun is probably inevitable. Every week I hear at least one murder news.

POST USA

I now work here in Kenya where I feel appreciated as per my experience and education level. I get paid well and I have family around and friends too. I am happy to have made the best decision of giving up my Green Card and coming back home.

I was not living happy in States. Many people who think that life in US is glorious and free, please check the reality before you eventually decide to go there.

Sunday, December 2, 2018 - A photo of Deputy President William Ruto being welcomed by his wife at Kasarani Stadium Indoor Arena on Friday during Joyful Women Organization Thanksgiving Celebrations has caused a heated debate in the interweb.

In the photo, Mama Rachel as she is popularly known is seen submitting herself and almost bowing down when welcoming her husband to the event.

This guy called SK Motiryot has analyzed the photo and he thinks the Deputy President must be a bully in his house.

He claims that Mama Rachel’s facial expression tells of a woman who is scared of her husband.

Single LADIES in Kenya aged between 28-35 are not only a danger to the family unit, they are economic baggage

$

Men, beware of the hot toxic feminist. They have good, sexy bodies. Because they've learnt how to suppress their sexual-desires, they derive immense pleasure from seeing you lust over their shit, and knowing they won't give it to you. They wear tight, provocative dressing to formal meetings and enjoy seeing men wishing over their tits. It's all part of their devious game of male-exploitation.

Women like Sanaipei Tande, Wini Nkinda, Givens Mideva, are lookers. But because they gave their hearts to alpha-males who fucked them in the diab kabisa, they're now “woke” and cautious. They don't give their hearts out just like that.

By Age 28 to 35, they're practising secondary-virginity. Dating them is a tedious task. You're being lectured for the slightest of things. Don't worry, you're not the problem. She’s merely projecting her failures on you. In this “transitional” period, Sponsors become the solution. Because Sponsors can tolerate their BS.

Once in a while, some hot dude beats them at their game and fucks them hard. Like Wilson Shadrack did. Wilson was all up in Boogey Chick’s anal. And then you will never hear the end of it. They become motivational-speakers afterwards. Telling women to “guard their hearts”. Psycho mama’s.

Many are also battling rejection. They don't understand why they're still single, yet the women of lesser “pedigree” or looks, settled and started families with the same dudes who were chasing their diabs. In this conflict of conscience, they specifically target married guys, just for the momentary thrill of feeling like “I can get your husband if I want to”.

As a nigger, you just don't fuck these bitches and leave empty handed. They mind-fuck you in return. They indoctrinate you with feminist ideology. They're good conversationalists, yes.
So you start spending more time with them, and less with your family. Your kids become neglected. Your kids start mis-performing in school. Teachers are the first to detect their growing mental distraction.

Single bitches between 28-35 are a danger to society. They ruin homes, shatter lives, all in their conceited rage against the family unit. They deplete resources meant to build homes, educate kids and all. And the money that goes to them, doesn't necessarily build the economy because they largely invest in imports. Imported weaves, watches, clothes, perfumes, cosmetics, jewellery, and the likes.

So the single woman between 28-35 is not only a danger to the family unit, but also an economic baggage. They add absolutely no value to our GDP.

Sidhani ningemsamehe baada ya kunidharau. In May something happened to me that I regret ever left Nairobi for Mombasa.

I live in Pipeline and my wife lives in Kisumu. I was transferred to Nairobi this year and so far I haven’t stayed for long. Before I got a transfer I used to live with my family in Kisumu but this year I left them there and relocated to Nairobi alone.

I used to visit my wife every Friday until April when I stopped after my pockets started becoming slim. I decided I’d be visiting them once a month. However, something happened one day in our office that forced me to change my schedule. One evening, my boss told me there was a trip to Ahero for a pilot survey and I should accompany the rest for the trip.I don’t know how fast it happened until the second day we were enroute to Kisumu. But on reaching Kisumu, it was a bit late and the rest of us decided we should sleep in Kisumu and continue with the journey the following day.

Three of us booked a hotel but I hesitated since my house was few metres away. The driver decided to take me to my gate.

On the way I called my wife to open the gate but she didn’t receive the call.I decided to pass through the fence because I thought she was asleep. But on reaching my door, I heard murmurs from the house.I thought it was my inlaw who had visited only to hear someone talking in base,”ujue leo sikuachi “.When I listened carefully,I heard my wife say,”nikamate hapo, yote niyako”

I called the driver to come and listen with me,,,he broke my heart when he told me,”huyo ni mwanaume anauma wife yako”.I knocked the door hard and pushed it, only to find myself inside the house—she had not put the lock.Within minutes,a traffic police officer I know well emerged while zipping his trouser. Since he was armed, I feared attacking him.But he told me,”ukijaribu anything,I will finish you!My body sank in pain and tears started flowing, I didn’t have anything to say because the driver who had accompanied me took to heels.

I went straight to the bedroom to fight with my wife only to find she had sneaked out of the house through back door. But I could clearly hear her say,”hautaniona hapo”.

I didn’t sleep that night in my house;I went straight to the hotel where my workmates were sleeping and slept there. That night I was slowly coming to terms with what had happened in my house. While I was in deep throught,my wife sent me a message saying,”I am gone, look for another wife to marry”.I couldn’t believe it was the woman I had fed for 9 years who was writing that message

While I was figuring out what I would do,I realized I had picked details of Dr Mugwenu,a man who had helped many couples with marital problems. The details in my diary were:

Phone number:  +254740637248

Email address: mugwenudoctors@gmail.com

I called the number  +254740637248 and the man told me to meet him in town.We met and explained to him my problems. At that time I had not seen my wife for three days.

A week later, the traffic police officer called me to ask for forgiveness. His thing was progressively growing big without reverse and he knew I had done something.”aki ndugu kama nimekukosea tafadhali nisamehe, niko tayari kulipa anything ndio unisamehe”,he said.

That day my wife also called me and she also asked for forgiveness.

Since the traffic police was re morseful,I asked for what I felt I was comfortable with and told Dr Mugwenu to undo what he did.My wife has never repeated the mistake and she knows mimi ni moto wa kuotea mbali.

RAILA ODINGA says MPs are being as greedy as pigs for demanding for a pay rise and more allowances - Kenyans are suffering dimwits

Monday December 3, 2018 - National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, has castigated MPs for their clamour for enhanced perks, terming the Parliamentary Service Commission Bill as anti-people and insensitive to Kenyans.

In a  statement to Kenyans on Sunday, Raila who is also the Orange Democratic Movement party leader told the lawmakers to appreciate that the country is struggling  with huge debts that cut through a broad spectrum of the economy and deficits strangling specific critical sectors.

“Parliamentary Service Commission Bill is a case of grand larceny and an anti-people and insensitive demand that should be disowned and rejected as inappropriate and unacceptable to a great majority of Kenyans, if not all, at this time,” Raila said.

Raila concluded by appealing to the lawmakers that as custodians of the wishes of the people, they should lead other branches of Government in ensuring responsible fiscal policy and sustainable and responsible use of public finances, not piling up the burden.

Monday December 3, 2018- Deputy President William Ruto has been told to forget the Presidency come 2022 and instead support Opposition Leader, Raila Odinga.

Speaking yesterday,  ODM leaders, among them party Chairman, John Mbadi, and Siaya Senator, James Orengo, told Ruto and Kenyans at large to start preparing for a new Constitution and a possible Raila Presidency because it is going to happen whether they like it or not.

They told the DP to prepare to go home alongside President Kenyatta saying they had both completed their terms after sharing power.

According to the leaders, Raila is best suited to take over from President Uhuru Kenyatta because he has what it takes to be President and to continue what Uhuru started.

The ODM legislators swore to do everything and anything to ensure that Ruto does not take power in 2022

"Ruto must prepare to go home.”

“They had one orange and shared it equally.”

“He cannot turn around and start demanding another orange," said Mr. Mbadi.
