The Chinese will take Mombasa Port over SH 227 billion loan – AG warns and says UHURU has mortgaged Kenya to Exim Bank of China

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - Auditor General Edward Ouko has today expressed fears that Exim Bank of China may take over the Mombasa Port if Kenya fails to service the loan it took to build the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR).

Three years ago, President Uhuru Kenyatta went to China and borrowed Sh 227 billion to construct the Standard Gauge Railway that has connected the city of Nairobi to the port city of Mombasa.

A report by Ouko reveals that the payment agreement substantively means that the revenue of the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) would be used to clear the debt.

This is if the minimum volumes required for consignment are not met.

“Exim Bank would become a principle over KPA if KRC defaults in its obligations and the Chinese bank exercises power over the escrow account security,” Ouko sent a letter to KPA notifying them of the arrangement.

In December 2017, the Sri Lankan Government lost its Hambantota port to China for a lease period of 99 years after failing to show commitment in the payment of billions of dollars in loans.

The transfer, according to the New York Times, gave China control of the territory just a few hundred miles off the shores of rival India.

The Chinese takeover of the Mombasa port also comes as Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader, Musalia Mudavadi, continues to warn the President over his uptake of many loans from the Chinese.

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - Three witnesses in the case of the cold blooded murder of Vioja Mahakamani actor, Jamal Nassor, have disappeared mysteriously without a trace.

This was revealed by prosecutors in the case today at Machakos High Court.

They revealed that due to the disappearance of the witnesses, the main suspect in the murder, Grace Kanamu Namulo, could, therefore, not be charged at the moment and that they needed more time in order to complete investigations.

The presiding Judge granted the prosecution team their request despite arguments from the defense team and detained Namulo until December 27th to allow for further investigations.

Namulo had earlier recorded a statement alleging that Jamal fell on the kitchen knife by accident and she never stabbed him to death as it was reported.

“Mr. Jamal accidentally fell on the kitchen knife when the argument we were having got heated.”

“It's not true that I killed him," she stated.

MUDAVADI/ WETANGULA are cowards and have abandoned LUHYA unity – KHALWALE says and insists RUTO is the next President

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - Former Kakamega Senator, Dr Boni Khalwale, has accused ANC and Ford Kenya party leaders, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula, of chickening out and abandoning the Luhya unity debate.

In an interview with a local daily on Tuesday, Khalwale said the absence of the two during the just concluded President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tour of Nyanza is an indication that the two do not support the unification of the Mulembe nation.

“Their absence means the two have abandoned their role in leading the community,” Khalwale said.

In March this year, Mudavadi and Wetangula asked Luhyas to unite against Raila should he declare his bid for the presidency in 2022.

They observed that the ODM party leader has ditched the community by allowing Wetangula’s ouster as the Leader of Minority in the Senate.

But Khalwale said the two NASA principals are only good in talking but they have not laid any strategy of uniting the community ahead of 2022 presidential elections.

Khalwale is among many Luhya community leaders who are campaigning for Deputy President William Ruto’s presidential bid in 2022.

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - Meru Senator, Mithika Linturi, is on the spot again after he was caught on camera evicting his wife, Maryanne Keitany, from her Runda home.

In a video clip that is now available online, Linturi is seen commanding a huge gang of criminals who broke the doors of his palatial home in Runda.

Linturi and Keitany's dirt crawled out of the woodwork two months ago when Linturi was questioned by police after Keitany claimed that her husband had threatened to kill her in an ugly domestic brawl over a house girl’s death in their Mweru home.

The chasm widened last month, when Keitany sought and obtained restraining orders against her husband and exclusive occupation of the couple’s shared residence.

Linturi who was served with court orders has ignored them and broken into Keitany’s home in Runda.

Linturi married Keitany five years ago while she was working at Deputy President William Ruto’s Harambee Avenue office as the Chief of Staff before being replaced by Ken Osinde.

She was caught up in a messy Sh 200 million withdrawal that was meant to go to MPs to impeach Anne Waiguru. Each MP was given 1 million for his/her signature in the petition only for Mithika Linturi, who was the mover, to disappear to South Africa on the day of the impeachment debate.

It is thought that State House intervened to save Waiguru that day.

Here is the video of Linturi and his goons breaking into Keitany’s home.

Blow to UHURU as court stops one his Big Four Agenda items thanks to brother FRANCIS ATWOLI - We were being scammed in broad daylight

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - President Uhuru Kenyatta has been dealt a severe blow in his plans to leave a rich legacy when he retires from politics in 2022.

This is after a court, on Wednesday, halted his housing plan under the Big Four Agenda.

In its directive, the Employment and Labour Relations Court temporarily suspended the implementation of the 1.5% housing tax for salaried workers.

The directive that will take effect until January 21st, 2019 followed an application by the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU).

In its argument, COTU, which is led by Francis Atwoli, said the implementation of the levy was unconstitutional and amounts to double taxation.

COTU further argued that levying the housing tax on the basic salary of employees will have far-reaching implications on the right to fair remuneration.

"The petitioner is aggrieved that it’s unconstitutional and legally invalid to subject Kenyans to double taxation by imposing the 1.5% housing development levy on basic salaries," COTU lawyer, Okweh Achiando, told the court.

President Uhuru's affordable housing project seeks to build 500,000 houses by 2022 and is part of his legacy alongside manufacturing, universal health coverage and food security.

CONFESSION! My wife sent me NUDES meant for her Mpango wa Kando and I caught her in bed with another man.

He narrates,

"My Wife Accidentally Sent Me Her Nude Photos Meant For Her Boyfriend. I dated my wife for two years before we got married. We didn’t have it smooth from dating until the day we got married. We went through tough times trying to convince our respective parents to accept our relationship.

The day she introduced me to her parent as the guy she wanted to marry, her father looked me straight in the eyes and said no, he won’t allow that to happen. He had no legitimate reasons apart from the fact that he didn’t like my tribe and I didn’t look like a man who could take good care of his daughter.

When it got to my turn to introduce her to my parent, it was my mother who screamed; “Over my dead body would I allow you to marry such a woman.” What was the reason for opposition? Like the father of my girlfriend, my mum also didn’t like the tribe of my wife. All through our dating life as partners, her dad never saw eye to eye with me and my mom never welcome my wife into our home.

When we finally got married in the church on the 14th April 2012, my mom didn’t attend the wedding and her dad also didn’t attend. We had to do it without them because they were bent on separating us.

We had a peaceful home and barely had anything to disagree on. Occasionally, either my mom or her dad would try to come in between us but we had a way of handling them without causing us any trouble. I’m a salesperson. I handle the biggest territory in our company’s supply chain channels. Due to this, I travel a lot but most of my travels don’t take me away for more than three days. Yeah, occasionally my wife complained. Her complaints had nothing to do with my absence due to my incessant travels. She was concerned about the way I was always on the road and how sometimes I had to travel deep in the night.
She was right. I also had concerns about that but I had a home to run and I needed money to run the home so I had little option than to continue doing my job.

One Friday morning, as I was leaving home for work, I told my wife I had to travel to Cape Coast after work but I might not travel unless a call came through from Cape Coast that they needed the supplies urgently. In the afternoon, she called to ask if the call had come through and I said yes. I sent her a message around 6 pm that I’ve set off and she wished me a safe a journey.

About thirty minutes later after I’ve set off, my phone flickered, indicating I’ve had a Whatsapp message from my wife. I didn’t open the message. About three minutes later, another message came in from her, and then a call followed. I usually don’t pick calls while I’m driving so I found a safe spot and parked so I could call her back.

I opened the messages. The first message had two n*de photos of herself with a message; “Hello dear, the way is clear now. I can’t wait to have you here,” and ended with the kiss smiley.

Immediately, my hands started shaking and my heart started beating very loud and out of rhythm. All of a sudden, my feet couldn’t support my weight and I had to lean on the car. I rushed to open the second message and it said; “Hello dear, don’t mind me. I’m only trying to pull your legs and show you what you’re missing while away.” The message also ended with the tears of joy smiley.

There and then I knew what was happening. The little voice in my head kept screaming at me; “Your wife is cheating. She’s cheating on you. Your wife is cheating.” I stood there for some minutes to calm myself down and regain my composure. I wanted to call her but I didn’t want to sound worried or disturbed. I wanted her to know that I believed what she said that it was a joke. I wanted an assurance in my voice when I spoke to her.

When I called her back, I smiled and said; “Do you think I wouldn’t know you were joking?” Then I forced myself to give out a loud laughter. I found calm and believe in her voice when she spoke. We both laughed at it and I hung up to continue my journey.

Yeah, I had the message and the n*de that showed she was cheating but it wasn’t enough proof. I needed to find something solid to nail her.

That night she stayed on the phone with me throughout talking about things that were mostly unnecessary. She wanted to prove a point. Somehow, she wanted to prove to me that indeed, she didn’t invite anyone over that’s why she was able to talk to me all night. I could sense her desperation to prove a point.

When I got home from the trip, I woke up at dawn to read her messages but her password was changed. That heightened my suspicion and the need to work hard to find out who the man was.

For the next six months, I tried all the avenues of how to catch a cheating wife but none yielded a result. I told her I was traveling but then hang around the house in the night to see if a man would walk into the house or if she would leave the house to see someone. She was always in the house and no one walked in and she didn’t walk out.

It became frustrating for me and I could barely enjoy my marriage because of these suspicions and CID jobs. I decided to let everything go so I could concentrate on building my relationship with her.

My mother’s senior sister died and we had to attend the funeral in my hometown. For obvious reasons, she didn’t attend the funeral and I had to go alone.

When I got to my hometown on Friday evening, I called her phone, she didn’t pick. Later in the night, she called to tell me she was sleeping and that she had developed a severe headache when she woke up. She asked me to take care as she wanted to continue with her sleep.

I said my good night and hung up the phone. But something didn’t feel right. I didn’t know what that was but I could feel it. All of a sudden I wasn’t happy and felt like I’ve lost something very dear to me. I started battling with my thought but there was nothing I could lay hands on as the reason for my feeling.

It was close to 10pm when I decided to drive back home to check on her if really she was sleeping as she said. I know, I still hadn’t overcome my suspicion of her. It was hard to let go of my conviction that the woman I married was cheating on me.

Just about three hours later, I was at the doorstep of my house and my car parked a little bit far from home so the sound of the car’s engine would not wake her up.

The hall light was on. The TV was on too. I turned the knob slowly and it was locked. I inserted my key and opened the door. There he was. A gentleman. He was wearing only a boxer short and holding the tv remote in his hand. The shock in his eyes when he saw me satisfied my spirit. It was like a victory of some sort to me.

I asked him; “where is my wife?” I had to repeat the question three times before he pointed the remote at the bedroom indicating where my wife was. I walked there and truly, she was sleeping. N**ked. Her underwear was on the floor closed to a used c0nd0m and the trouser of the gentleman. I screamed her name and she jerked off from her sleep.

You can imagine the horror in her eyes when she saw me. She started looking around—I guessed she was looking for the gentleman so I said; “I left him at the hall. I would be surprised if he’s still there.”

She started pleading profusely and asking me to forgive her and spare her life. I told her, “I don’t have the strength to take a life I didn’t create. I’m only happy that my investigation paid off after several months.”

My calm that night surprised me. It was as though it didn’t hurt to find your wife in your matrimonial bed with another man. But then, I remembered how I felt the day I got the n**de photos and I was glad I didn’t allow myself to go through that pain again.

I walked away from the bedroom. I couldn’t see the gentleman when I got to the hall—well, that was expected. I went to where I parked the car and drove away to a friend’s house.

For the next one week or so, I stayed with my friend and didn’t pick any call from her. I don’t know what else to do about this issue and coupled with my mom complain of not liking her and this happened I don’t how to explain this to her. Please I need a matured advice on how to settle this issue.

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - Malindi MP, Aisha Jumwa, has said that she is ready for any disciplinary action from Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) for working with Deputy President William Ruto.

Jumwa, together with Msambweni MP, Suleiman Dori, have been summoned by ODM’s Disciplinary Committee to explain why they are working with Deputy President William Ruto.

However, speaking on Wednesday, Jumwa accused Raila and the ODM party as a whole of hypocrisy, insisting that the Opposition leader should allow MPs to make free and independent political choices, including siding with DP William Ruto.

Jumwa claimed that Raila had stifled dissent and refused to allow Opposition leaders to associate with Ruto and other national leaders yet he (Raila) was working with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

“Raila Odinga is our party leader and is working with President Uhuru Kenyatta, what prevents me from working with Deputy President William Ruto. We will continue working with all leaders in the spirit of Building Bridges Initiative,” Jumwa said and dared ODM and Raila to punish her for working with the DP.

Revealed: It was RUTO who wanted the multi-billion tender to import new police uniforms that MATIANGI was talking about yesterday

Wednesday December 19, 2018-Deputy President William Ruto is without doubt one of the successful politicians in Kenya today.

Apart from being as astute politician, Ruto is a wealthy businessman with interests in various sectors of the economy.

His rise from a roadside chicken seller to a multi-billionaire that he is today after only a few years has attracted the attention of the public.

Ruto’s controversial acquisition of immense wealth has even left the EACC, DCI and DPP baffled with some Opposition legislators calling for him to be probed.

However, what is more disturbing is Ruto’s interest in the lucrative tender to supply new police uniforms, a tender that has set him against Interior Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiangi.

Speaking yesterday without naming Ruto directly, Matiangi revealed that a certain politician wanted in on the multi-billion tender to import new police uniforms at the expense of local textile industries but vowed that will not happen under his watch.

“Listen to me very carefully.”

“We will not import police uniforms, go and write another 10 headlines.”

“We will not import police uniforms from any country.”

“We have to promote the local textile industry,” stated Matiangi.

It was reported that Ruto asked the CS to award the tender to his people after it was reported that the National Youth Service (NYS) ran out of the required fabric.

Wednesday December 19, 2018-Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga has confessed to being Deputy President William Ruto’s protégé, having picked her from the market hawking bed sheets to making her the Senator that she is today.

Addressing the end year party for Pitchface, a company owned by South Mugirango MP, Sylvanus Osoro, Omanga recounted the events leading to her surprise job at KenGen that changed her fortuneforever.

According to Millicent, former Energy Minister, Davis Chirchir, a very close ally of Ruto, called her as she was going about her business and informed her that she had been picked as one of the KenGen directors and should attend the AGM the following day.

"When my appointment came, I had bought 30 bed sheets which I was going to sell.”

"I was at Kings Collections shop trying to bargain with the Indian seller so that I could make some profit," Omanga narrated.

And to cement their friendship, Ruto nominated her to the Senate after she lost in the Jubilee Party primaries to Rachel Shebesh.

"I dare say the person who is behind my success today is none other than William Samoei Ruto," a seemingly grateful Omanga declared.

Omanga had worked with Ruto's defunct party, United Republican Party (URP), before.

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - Deputy President William Ruto has differed sharply with President Uhuru Kenyatta over the looming referendum that is being spearheaded by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Speaking in Lamu yesterday, Ruto trashed the idea of changing the Constitution to suit some political rejects led by Raila.

In a veiled attack at the President, the DP said that he will not allow any form of constitutional amendment to do with political matters saying that the election chapter is closed until 2022.

“We have agreed to unite us leaders from the Government and Opposition to push the development agenda forward by improving roads infrastructure and ensuring more homes are connected to electricity.”

"The issue of who won the election in 2017 is a closed chapter,” Ruto was quoted as saying.

The DP further told politicians getting into political contests to know that they stand to either win or lose and be prepared to accept the result either way.

“Kenya is a democracy and those who lose in elections should not fan ethnic animosity by failing to concede defeat,” he said.

During his Kisumu tour last week, Uhuru promised that his leadership will look into the current Constitution to ensure that election losers feel included.

I will crush you just like any other cartel, tenders are not land that you can grab - MATIANGI now tells RUTO over new police uniforms

Wednesday December 19, 2018 - The war between Deputy President William Ruto and Interior Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiangi, over the lucrative tender to supply new police uniforms has spilled over to the public after months of silent wrangles.

Ruto reportedly asked Matiangi to award the multi-billion tender to other people after it was reported that the National Youth Service (NYS) ran out of the required fabric to make the new police uniforms.

It is said that the DP wanted to use other people to land the lucrative tender that would have added few more billions into his pocket at the expense of local textile industries.

This comes even as President Uhuru Kenyatta, during the unveiling of the gears by the police, instructed the Ministry of Interior to make sure they source the materials locally.

However, speaking at Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, Matiangi firmly stated that the uniforms would be made by NYS and thus removing the juicy morsel from Ruto’s mouth.

The CS vowed to crush all cartels in his Ministry regardless of who they are and what positions they hold in Government or society.

 “Listen to me very carefully.”

“We will not import police uniforms, go and write another 10 headlines.”

“We will not import police uniforms from any country.”

“We have to promote the local textile industry,” said Matiangi.
