Tuesday, 25 December 2018-Blogger Robert Alai has told Citizen TV’s anchor, Lillian Muli, to stop playing with the minds of Kenyans after she dumped her baby daddy sponsor, Jared Nevaton, and exposed him as a notorious womanizer and liar.
According to Alai, Lilian used visit Jared’s apartment daily at Exeter Gardens in the leafy suburbs of Nairobi for sex and further threatened to spill beans on “Exeter Gardens apartment” stories.
Alai claims Lillian Muli is also a community wife and so it’s unfair for her to embarrass the wealthy Kisii businessman by calling him a community husband.

Tuesday December 25, 2018-Embattled Meru Senator, Mithika Linturi, yesterday evening denied his estranged wife, Marianne Jebet Keitany, access to their Runda home.
This came hours after the High Court granted Keitany access to the home for the purpose of picking her children’s belonging.
According to sources, Linturi defied the orders claiming not to have even received them.
For the better part of last evening, Keitany was stranded outside the gate as the Senator, backed by police officers, blocked her entry into the house.
Keitany had moved to court to claiming she had lost Ksh.10 million during the December 19, 2018, scuffle at their Runda home that led to her forceful eviction.
Besides, she said she currently does not have a place to call home and that her children, who will soon resume school, have no books or any other items.
She has since been putting up at a police station as she is technically homeless after she was evicted from their Runda home by goons hired by the Senator.
Linturi and Keitany were married under Meru customary laws after both parties had divorced from their previous marriages and the couple has acquired immense wealth.
Keitany is the former Chief of Staff in the office of Deputy President William Ruto.

Tuesday December 25, 2018-The High Court on Monday restrained Meru Senator, Mithika Linturi, from transferring property that he owns with his estranged wife, Marianne Jebet Keitany.
The properties include several registered companies and assets that they acquired together.
The court further granted Ms. Keitany access to their home in Runda for the purpose of picking her children’s belonging.
Keitany moved to court alleging that Linturi was planning to steal his property by transferring them to his name after their marriage went south.
She also received restraining orders against the Meru Senator from physically or sexually abusing or threatening to abuse her, her staff, their six children and/or any other person associated with her.
In the ruling, the court also granted exclusive occupation of the besieged couple’s shared residence to her. Linturi was further barred from loitering near the home or any other place where his wife frequents.

Tuesday December 25, 2018-Central Organization of Trades Union (COTU) Secretary General, Francis Atwoli, has maintained that the nation is headed to the constitutional reforms and that no one can stop it.
Speaking yesterday, Atwoli noted that the looming referendum has the blessing of the majority of Kenyans, telling off politicians opposed to the proposed constitutional changes.
He took issue with Deputy President William Ruto, who has been in the front line in opposing the same, daring him to come out and openly demonstrate his opposition.
He advised Ruto to stop opposing President Uhuru Kenyatta who has also supported the push and resign from his seat like the founding Vice President Oginga Odinga did in 1966.
“If you don’t want it and as a Deputy President, what you can do is what Jaramogi Oginga Odinga did in 1966, you just walk out of Government,” Atwoli stated.
The COTU boss termed the referendum, which is being spearheaded by Opposition Leader, Raila Odinga, as the only remaining remedy for the recurrent post election row menace.
"For us to have peaceful elections we must revisit our Constitution particularly in the area of governance, so that this issue of whoever wins takes it all is rejected by Kenyans,” he added.

Tuesday December 25, 2018-In unlikely turn of events, Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula, has dropped his hard-line stance against referendum which is being spearheaded by Opposition Leader, Raila Odinga.
Speaking from his home yesterday, Wetangula said that the looming referendum is necessary and is actually on its way to be addressed soon.
He hit out at Deputy President William Ruto, who seems to have taken the front line in fighting the push for the referendum, saying he is the enemy of Kenya.
According to the Ford Kenya party leader, the changes seeking to among others expand the executive to accommodate more leaders are inevitable and unstoppable.
“Those people who are crying foul about having the office of a Prime Minister, or a Deputy Prime Minister are people who are just whistling in the dark.”
“This is inevitable, it is coming and it will happen,” Wetangula stated.
Wetangula also backed the Parliamentary governance system to eliminate the current restrictive system which has been blamed for excluding election losers.
“This country must go back to a Parliamentary system or a mixed system where we do not have this ‘winner takes it all’ restrictive structure that has nearly torn our country apart," he added.
