How is it that you allow 1,2,3....up to 13 numbers to be registered using my ID without my consent? How do you allow 13 numbers on one ID in the first place? Does anyone in this country own 13 safaricom lines? Especially Safaricom lines except fraudsters or corporates perhaps? Your guys told me CAK gives freedom to register as many lines as one wants? No wonder you have problems with Fraudsters using your lines.

I understand your Agents register lines, so this data is not reviewed by anyone in risk perhaps? I am assuming now that you allow people to present original ID's to agents for cash withdrawals, they can record all the details they need to register another random line...so why wouldn't you have someone do back end checks?

So back to my predicament. So three of these numbers borrowed loans on Branch and Pezesha ( an App I didn't know about till today) and got me adversely listed on CRB. I contacted both. Branch was a bit helpful led me to you guys. Pezesha not so much...poor customer service.

Your customer service people at the Junction asked me for an OB...after a debate I agreed to get your able fraud team at HO an OB( to think that your able fraud team has not thought of a solution to the duplicated number of fraud cases plaguing Kenyans Silently, from the group of Canadian Doctors working in Lodwar, to M-Akiba loans at 0.5% interest)

Anyway, so I went to Naivasha Road police Station, Kawangware, with the attached list of phone numbers that were long switched off. A nice police officer keenly listened to my story at the OB 'shed'/reception, (story for another day) and offered me a solution...that as much as their police station looks 'big', the Government has not equipped them with facilities to deal with forgery incidents and kindly directed me to Kabete Police station.

I will get the OB tomorrow at Kabete.

Meanwhile, my questions to you Safaricom;
1. How many more people have 12 or more numbers registered using their Id's unbeknownst?
2. How can you allow one individual who is not a thug or a company to have 1,2,3 4 to 12 lines without raising eyebrows in your Fraud, risk or whatever units monitor suspicious activity?
3. How will investigating on the 12 numbers all switched off, help you stop future registrations?
4. Will you pay me back money I will spend to pay off loans I didn't take and CRB clearance?

As I leave this here, I will copy paste my complaint in prose and present it to your customer services peeps tomorrow as advised, together with the OB of course.

Hello Mr Cyprian Nyakundi...

I met a young man in Zimmerman estate today, who was frustrated with life and he was about to commit suicide from the roof of a building.

I was able to talk to him and calmed him down, until he came down from the building top.

The guy is Called Eric Guora Kimotho. He finished school in Murang'a High School and got an A plain. He was then called to University of Nairobi to pursue Economics.

His father has been paying his school fees and neglected him after he was admitted in UoN. Due to Eric being ambitious to achieve in life and didn't have any one to pay or provide for him. He joined a gang that has been terrorizing people in Nairobi. Most of his friends have been killed and the others are in jail. Eric joined the gang so that he could get money to pay his school fee and to sustain him in campus. Currently he is in 3rd year and joined the gang in 1st year.

God is great he has kept him alive all this far now he wants to reform and get well wishers who will support him to finish school and become a better man in life.

The dad has capability to help the son but neglected him and even stopped picking his calls forcing Eric to join crime to get something to sustain him.

The dad is called Nelson Kimitho, nowadays his life style is women and alcohol. Today we called the dad and when he heard it was the son talking over the phone he immediately hanged up and switched off his phone.

WHO cheated William Ruto that he could ascend to the presidency of Kenya with such a record of political ruthlessness and allegations of corruption, land grabbing, murder of IEBC official Chris Msando, Jacob Juma, ICC witness Meshack Yebei.

Kenyans were utterly shocked when Cyrus Jirongo publically narrated an incident where, according to him, he witnessed William Ruto personally murdering a young boy. Things like this send shock waves in the spine of so many Kenyans. Think about it. What does Ruto think is going through the minds of Kenyans when he is carrying bags of millions of shillings stolen from Kenyan taxpayers to fundraising harambees every week to bribe Kenyan voters?

This is a painful reminder of the dark days of Daniel arap Moi's 24 years of dictatorship and kleptocracy that almost destroyed our country. So many Kenyans paid for their lives fighting for the freedom we enjoy today. Therefore, Ruto should squarely lay the blame onto himself for his impending political waterloo.

Seeing how Ruto has been abusing the little power that he got under the Jubilee shared government arrangement between him and Uhuru Kenyatta, Kenyans dread and fear Ruto and cannot take a chance to give him real and full political power that comes with the presidency. It is the same ladder of ruthlessness that Ruto used going up that he will soon use coming down. Karma is a bitch!

It all started last week on Friday. A man walked into my shop in town and asked my shop attendant whether we can give him wholesale prices for handbags.(And ladies, you can walk into Shop number D81 in Dubai Merchant Mall, after Bestlady along Ronald Ngala street. We sell some of the best handbags in town at the most affordable prices) The Attendant told him of course we can.

The guy left his contacts for me to call him after the weekend in order for us to finalize on the prices. On Monday he called the Girl and she duly notified me to take the matter with the customer. I call Sam. He has boutiques in Nakuru, Eldoret and Kitale. He wants 500-600 bags! Those are many bags and I start feeling funny. But why not? I believe in miracles and Christmas might be coming early this year. I slice a whopping Kshs. 800/= off every kind of bag we sell. We close the deal and he asks me if I can supply and I confirm.

I give him the business account number and he confirms that he would transact the following day. I even offer to deliver the bags to Nakuru which he declines, saying that there is a vehicle coming to town the same day and there is no need for me to. That sounds funny, and as a businessman, I know that few people would decline such an offer when it comes at no extra cost.

He however clarifies that he will only take 150 handbags for a start. Which is still okay. Then it happened. At 6:30 pm the same day, he calls me asking me to check my whatsapp. He has transferred Kshs. 225,000/= to my account. Could I please confirm. I was still at the shop. I check. I have worked in a bank for some time now. The receipt looks a little weird. And why did he have to transact late in the day when we had agreed to do it in the morning of the following day?

I am now on high alert. But he is calling me incessantly. I don't bulge. I call someone in my bank to confirm if there's money on my account. She tells me that contrary to what the banking slip shows, it is a cheque deposit. And she cautions me, KCB doesn't have any Branch like Nakuru West. Everything falls into place. He transacted late, puts pressure on me to release the goods the same day, and then the following day his Cheque bounces.

And then I would be left to lick my wounds. After I tell him that my Relationship Manager had confirmed that it was not cash but a cheque deposit which will have to wait for clearance, he stopped calling. He is using 0739250160/0733349475.

During this festive season, please be extra alert and careful. Someone is waking up everyday planning how to con you!

Sunday January 6, 2019-Central Organisation of Trade Union (COTU) Secretary General, Francis Atwoli, has rubbished Deputy President William Ruto’s Presidential bid in 2022 saying no sane Kenyan should support his bid.

Speaking on Saturday during the funeral of Lugari MP Ayub Savula's daughter, Joanne Chiri, at Manyoni village, Atwoli said Ruto hates Kenyans and he should not be elected as President in 2022.

“The DP is not the right leader for Kenya. He hates others," Atwoli said.

"Ruto will never lead Kenya. We shall have a President 2022, but it will not be William Ruto," Atwoli added

Atwoli also bashed at Luhya leaders who last week went to Ruto’s Sugoi home to seek for handouts.

The COTU boss said he loses sleep when he sees sons and daughters of Mulembe Nation begging for handouts from Deputy President.

“Luhyas were known to be wrestlers and not being subservient to others because of handouts,"

"This cheap race for handouts that has emerged within the Luhya community is strange. It is embarrassing,” he said.

Sunday January 6, 2019-Jubilee Party Vice chairman, David Murathe, has vowed to move to Supreme Court to stop Deputy President William Ruto from vying for presidency in 2022.

Speaking on Saturday during the burial of Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju’s brother, Kefa, in Rarieda, Murathe maintained that Ruto should retire together with President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022.

“Tutaenda hadi Supreme Court. Sisi hatucheki na watu (we will head to the Supreme Court, we are not joking with anyone),” Murathe affirmed.

He also reiterated his stance that the presidency is a pair and under the Constitution, the DP cannot seek a new term in 2022 as he will have already served the maximum two terms together with President Kenyatta.

"Section 148 of the Constitution sub-section 5 says nobody can run for deputy president for more than two terms,"Murathe ,who is former Gatanga MP said.

He also clarified that in the event that the President cedes power, Ruto automatically becomes President without the need for an election.

He noted that Ruto is serving concurrently with the President.

"So in effect, if he automatically becomes President, the mandate he has is that of the President under which they were elected," he said.

Sunday January 6, 2019-Kakamega Senator, Cleophas Malala, has accused his predecessor, Boni Khalwale of embarrassing the Luhya community by begging handouts from Deputy President William Ruto.

Last week, Khalwale was among thousands of Luhya community "tumbocrats” who trooped to Ruto’s home in Uasin Gishu County, to beg for handouts.

Now speaking on Saturday, Malala said Khalwale had reduced himself from being a doctor of medicine to a shameless beggar and house help at Ruto's home in Sugoi.

"A whole doctor of Medicine has become a beggar, always begging at the home of the DP in Sugoi. He has become a house help at William Ruto's home. Boni Khalwale you are shaming the people of Mulembe nation,” Malala said.

The outspoken senator went further to challenged Khalwale to resign from his party, Ford Kenya, if he insists on campaigning for Ruto.

Malala also attacked Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa, whom he ridiculed for being linked to a human trafficking case.

Khalwale and Echesa are among several other politicians from the Western Kenya region who had expressed their interests in supporting and working with Ruto.
