Tuesday, 09 September 2014 - Citizen TV’s reporter, Willis Raburu, has finally proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Sally Mbilu, who accepted his proposal. The much elated Willis couldn’t hide his joy and took to social media to inform his fans that Sally had finally accepted his proposal.
His fans responded with congratulatory messages and from the looks of things, the two will soon walk down the aisle and officially become husband and wife.

Tuesday, September 10, 2014 - Citizen TV’s Swahili anchor, Swaleh Mdoe, was among revelers who graced the recent hyped concert held at City Cabanas, where Jamaican Singer, Alaine, was the guest artist.The eloquent Swahili anchor was spotted mingling with well loaded ladies at the VIP area and as Alaine was performing one of her popular dancehall tunes, he grabbed a lady’s behind and grinded on it.
Swaleh was a little bit tipsy and the way he was caressing random ladies shocked other revelers who sat at the VIP area.
Apparently, the popular anchor is a well known womanizer and is currently facing a child neglect case in court. He also solicits for s3x from female interns at Citizen TV pretending that he will secure them jobs at the station.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers blames England's staff for Daniel Sturridge injury blow.

Thursday, September 11, 2014 - Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has blamed England team's medical staff for Daniel Sturridge’s injury.
The 25-year old picked a thigh injury while on international duty which will see him sidelined for up to four weeks but Rodgers reckons that the problem would have been prevented.
Rodgers told talkSPORT: "We're disappointed because we feel it's an injury which could have been prevented.
"Clubs work differently to international teams, it's the recovery strategy. When we look at our players here, we look at them individually, in terms of what their needs are.
"Some players are very fast, they will have a second day, active recovery, whereas other players can work on that [second] day.
"When you're a type of player like Raheem Sterling or Daniel Sturridge, you need to recover them differently."
Sturridge is a key player in Liverpool team and his absence would be a big blow for the Reds who are trying to fill the void left by Uruguay hit-man, Luis Suarez, who joined Barcelona in the summer.

Arsenal boss fires warning shot to Manchester City ahead of crunch Premier League clash.

Thursday, September 11, 2014 - Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has stoked embers ahead of Saturday’s mouth watering Premier League clash with Man City claiming his charges are ready to underline their title credentials against the Champions.
The Gunners finished seven points behind City last season, but are currently just one point adrift of Manuel Pellegrini’s men as they head into the fourth league game of the campaign.
Speaking in his weekly press conference, Wenger said: "Saturday is a good opportunity to show we have grown as a team and we are ready for the fight.
"At home we played very well at 12:45. It's not about the kick-off time, it's about the performance."
Meanwhile, the French tactician refused to confirm whether new signing Danny Welbeck will be handed his Arsenal debut this weekend following his transfer deadline-day move from Manchester United.
He added: "I cannot tell you if Welbeck will start [against City] but it's a possibility. I have to assess the squad.
"Danny Welbeck is young and I feel he can improve his career here - he is confident."

Thursday, September 11, 2014-Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has spoken highly of striker Danny Welbeck, who joined the Gunners on transfer deadline day from Manchester United.
Wenger has hinted at deploying the 23-year old in central role in the absence of injured lead striker Olivier Giroud.
He told reporters: "We lost an important striker in Olivier Giroud and we're short in numbers up front.
"Danny Welbeck is an ideal signing for us because he can play through the middle, which I think is his best position, and also on the flanks.
"He brings a team attitude, which is very important to us, pace as well.
“He has been questioned about his finishing, but his second goal [for England] answers that.
The French tactician spent the day with Sir Alex Ferguson at a Uefa conference last week but refused to divulge what his old foe thought of United's decision to sell Welbeck, a player had helped nurture since the age of eight.
“I would like to keep that to myself,” said Wenger, smiling. “We sold Robin van Persie to Man United, it is a reciprocity that happened.”
While Wenger was criticized for his trip to Rome for a charity match on transfer deadline day, he sensationally claimed that had he stayed Arsenal Wouldn’t have signed the England international.
He added: “If I had not travelled that day, Welbeck would not be here. The coincidence made it. If I stayed in my home, Welbeck would not be here. I will tell you that story one day. That is the truth. We are in 2014, you can always be in touch.”
Welbeck could make his Arsenal debut against Manchester City on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium.

Thursday, September 11, 2014 - Swansea City goalkeeper Lukas Fabianski has fired warning shot to high flying Chelsea ahead of their premier league clash at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The two teams are the only clubs with perfect start to the Premier League this season, and Fabianski believes that there is no need to fear Mourinho’s charges, who have been deemed as one of the favourites for the title.
The former Arsenal man told reporters: "It's a big game to enjoy, not to fear.
"Playing away at Chelsea is always difficult, but we don't have to be afraid of anyone.
"We went to Old Trafford and won on the opening day of the season so we know we can compete with the best teams.
"If we keep our discipline and takes our chances the way we have been then anything is possible."
Meanwhile, Chelsea have been handed a major boost in the build-up to the match with the news that lead striker, Diego Costa, could be fit enough to start in attack.
The Spaniard, who has scored four goals in three matches was thought to have picked injury while on international duty.
