Profile Introduction: Our client, one of the world’s leading manufacturer of personal care products is looking to fill the position of Management Trainee 1.
Role Purpose:
· To learn and understand the PC &DC logistic operations cross-functionally- Quality, Safety, Operations, Warehousing and Technical operations
· To execute improvement projects OTIF as agreed with the PC Leadership team
· To execute any other roles that will be assigned by the direct manager
Qualifications / Requirements
· At least a Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution;
· Attained 2nd Class Upper division and above
· Must be computer literate
· At least One year working in an FMCG
· SAP knowledge

· Ensure that products comply with the set and acceptable quality of standards
· Ensure set procedures are followed in production
· Ensure regulation of materials by maintaining the acceptable standards
