Sunday, April 07, 2013- Chelsea play maker Eden Hazard has urged his teammates to end the season ‘strongly’ and ensure that they book a place in next season’s Champions League.
The Stamford Bridge club who are currently 5th in the Premier League are just two points behind third placed Tottenham Hotspur and one point behind arsenal who beat West Brom 2-1 to occupy fourth.
Chelsea however will reclaim their fourth place if they beat Sunderland today in a Premier League match at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard told the Daily Star: "We must focus on finishing the season strongly.

"Going out of that this season was a big disappointment because it is such an important competition.
